I think we should use Slack for quick updates and save Zoom calls for anything that needs deeper discussion. Maybe we can do a 15-minute daily check-in too.
That sounds reasonable. What time works for the daily check-in? We have people in three different time zones, so that might be tricky.
How about 10 AM Eastern? That would be 7 AM for the West Coast team and 3 PM for our London colleagues. Not perfect, but workable.
Let us go with that. And for the shared documents, should we keep everything in the team drive or switch to Notion?
I think Notion would be better for this project since it is easier to organize and everyone can edit in real time. I can set up the workspace today.
