We have three residence halls for freshmen. Single rooms are twelve hundred per month, doubles are eight hundred. All include Wi-Fi, laundry, and a meal plan.

You can request a specific roommate if you both list each other on the application. Otherwise we match you based on a lifestyle questionnaire — sleep schedule, study habits, things like that.

The priority deadline is May first. After that, rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. I would strongly recommend applying before then to get your first choice.

I am sorry you are dealing with that. Since you have already tried talking to him directly, the next step is a mediation session with your Resident Advisor. They are trained to help resolve roommate conflicts.

If mediation fails, yes, we can arrange a room transfer. We usually have a few open spots each semester. It takes about a week to process. You would not lose your housing deposit.
