I'd recommend a ten by ten unit. That gives you a hundred square feet — plenty of room for what you described with space to walk in. We have one available on the first floor for a hundred and twenty dollars a month.

Yes, we have climate-controlled units that maintain temperature between fifty-five and eighty degrees year-round. Those are twenty dollars more per month. For furniture and anything sensitive to humidity, I'd definitely recommend it.

Our gate access is available from six AM to ten PM every day, including weekends and holidays. You can drive right up to your unit — there's plenty of room for trucks. You'll need your access code to get through the gate.

We offer tenant insurance starting at ten dollars a month for up to five thousand dollars in coverage. Higher coverage levels are available. Your homeowner's or renter's insurance might also cover stored items — I'd suggest checking with your provider first.

No long-term commitment required — it's month-to-month. Just give us a two-week notice before your next billing date. Make sure to empty the unit completely and remove your lock. We'll do a walkthrough and refund your deposit if everything's in good shape.
